Hello, my name is Sloan Patterson and I am a junior studying Telecommunications at the University of Florida. Living in Gainesville for the past two years has inspired me to step out of the food comfort zone that I had lived in before coming to college. And now, being enrolled in RTV 3280, I have an opportunity to blog about one of my absolute favorite things... Mexican food!

Welcome to my blog! I invite you to follow my blog and watch as I embark on my journey to find the BEST Mexican food in all of Gainesville. I consider myself quite the guacamole connoisseur and I can't wait to sample all of the guacamole and other Mexican food that Gainesville has to offer. As the semester progresses, I will be trying out several different restaurants in the area and posting back with updates so please stay tuned!
